Information we collect
Information you voluntarily submit through the qualification form, including contact details, organization details, decision context, and information you choose to provide in the qualification form. The public qualification form is not intended for transmitting sensitive client documents.
Use
Submitted information is used to qualify and perform requested engagements, communicate with you, and administer the service.
Confidential material
Do not submit passwords, API keys, credentials, payment card data, or unnecessary personal data through the public form. Specific retention, access, and deletion arrangements should be confirmed in the engagement terms before sensitive material is transferred. If documents are required, a separate transfer method should be agreed after qualification.
Third parties
This website is hosted and its qualification form is processed by Netlify. Netlify receives qualification form submissions in order to deliver them to Mandate Integrity. No submitted information is sold or used for advertising. Supporting evidence and engagement material are not collected through the public form. Once an engagement is accepted, material is transferred by email to a dedicated encrypted mailbox, with recommended transfer practices confirmed at that stage. Specific retention and deletion arrangements are set out in the engagement terms.
