Mandate Integrity

Engagement Terms

Qualification is not an engagement

Submitting an intake form does not create a client relationship or obligate Mandate Integrity to accept the work.

Scope

Each accepted engagement will define the mandate, evidence, deliverables, fee, timing, confidentiality arrangements, and exclusions in writing.

Nature of the service

Mandate Integrity provides structural analysis. It does not by itself constitute legal, regulatory, accounting, investment, or compliance advice.

Confidentiality and document transfer

Sensitive documents should not be submitted through the public qualification form. For an accepted engagement, the parties should agree in writing on the transfer method, permitted access, retention period, and deletion arrangements before sensitive material is provided.

Verdicts

PASS, FAIL, and UNRESOLVED are scoped analytical outcomes. They are not certifications, guarantees, or irreversible determinations.
